What is the definition of senior?
Senior is defined as anyone over the age of 65.

What is the definition of disabled?
Disabled is defined as someone who is unable to maintain gainful employment because of his/her physical or mental disability. SSI, SSD, VA or L and I disabilities are accepted. Proof of disability is required.

Why do I need full copies of all my bills?
Our refunds are based on actual usage so we must see the entire bill to calculate the refund.
4.
My utility company just sent me a statement of charges. Will this work?
Unfortunately, no. We need to see full bills.
5.
For which utilities can I get a refund?
Power, home phone, cell phone (with contract), Waste Management and cable utilities are eligible. Prepaid cell phones and satellite TV service do not collect utility tax. We do not accept third-party billers for garbage.
